A sit-down with your trainer to chat about your goals, injuries, and lifestyle — so we can create a plan that works for you.
Full Body Analysis
Track your starting point with a full body composition check (body fat, muscle mass, metabolic rate, and more).
Goal Setting
Together we’ll set clear, achievable goals and a strategy to get you there.
2 Small Group PT Sessions Per Week
Train in a group of up to 4 people with expert coaching and support. You don’t need to organise a group — we do that for you.
Nutrition Support
You’ll receive a new East Coast Fitness recipe pack each month (15 healthy meals), plus nutrition coaching tailored to your goals.
Ongoing Motivation
Our trainers are here for you every step of the way — and your group will keep you inspired, supported, and accountable.
Unlimited Gym Access
In between your Small Group PT sessions, you’ll have unlimited access to our private gym — so you can put in extra workouts, follow your plan at your own pace, and stay active all week long.
