Work one-to-one with a dedicated coach in our private gym at Seaham Marina. We’ll tailor everything to your goals, fitness level, and any injuries. Ideal if you want expert guidance, fast results, and full support every step of the way. Includes unlimited gym access.

Small Group PT
Personal training with a motivating group atmosphere.
Train in a small group of up to four people with similar goals. You’ll still get a personalised plan, regular check-ins, and expert coaching — but with the added accountability and energy of training alongside others. It’s cost-effective, sustainable, and great fun. Includes unlimited gym access.

Boot Camp / Classes
Outdoor and indoor group sessions for all fitness levels.
Join our friendly fitness community at Seaham Marina for fun, high-energy Boot Camp sessions. We run both low and high intensity classes, including strength training, boxing, and full-body workouts — with fresh air, sea views, and plenty of encouragement.

Private Gym
Train on your own terms — in your own space.
If you prefer to work out independently, our private gym is the perfect choice. No crowds, no waiting for equipment, and no pressure. Book your own time slot, follow your personalised plan, and train in a calm, welcoming space — open daily from 5am–10pm.
