Firstly, thanks for taking the time to complete the form.

I’m Graham, owner of East Coast Fitness, and I’ll be personally getting in touch with you over the next day or so.

Like many of the lads who train with us, I’m turning 40 this year. I’ve started noticing that staying fit isn’t quite as easy as it used to be.

Recovery takes longer.

The weight doesn’t shift as quickly.

Energy isn’t always where I’d like it to be.

That’s exactly why I wanted to create a community where local men can support each other, stay active and enjoy training together.
