Whether you’re brand new to exercise, working through an injury, or just want to maximise results, 1:1 PT gives you the support and structure to succeed.

Free Consultation
Meet your trainer to discuss your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any injuries or health conditions — so we can create a plan that works for you.
Body Analysis
We’ll assess key metrics like body fat, muscle mass, and metabolic rate to give you a clear starting point and help track your progress.
Goal Setting
Work with your coach to define achievable, meaningful goals and a step-by-step plan to get there — safely and sustainably.
