This is specifically designed for all exercise abilities – from beginner to advanced.

Yes – men and women can join

❓When does the programme start?
The start date is flexible. You can start at any time that suits you. 

❓Am I tied into a contract?
No. The payments are set up to come out on the same date every month. But there is NO contract, you can cancel the payments at any time.
