  • 1 Session Per Week. Which is perfect if you struggle to find time to exercise!
    The first 40 minutes of the session will be a painless workout that will boost your metabolism and get you burning body fat immediately. I’ll make sure all of the exercises are safe but effective for burning fat. If you cant manage any of the exercises because of injuries or niggles, dont worry I can give you alternatives to avoid that area.
    The last 20 minutes you get the chance to ask me anything about nutrition during our diet discussion! You will also learn how to change your eating habits so that you can maintain your results after the programme.
  • 4 Week Nutritional Guidance Plan specifically designed around your body type for optimum results. This is not a faddy juice+ or meal replacement shake diet. You will wave goodbye to yo-yo dieting forever. I’ll be teaching you about the foods that you should and shouldnt be having, and how to prepare and cook clean, healthy meals quickly. I’ll clear up all of your questions and leave you feeling clear and focused on you goal!
  • Meal Plan, Recipe Guide and Shopping List to make life as easy as possible for you.
    The meal plan maps out every meal of the week so you dont have to think about what you sohuld or shouldnt be eating.
    The recipes talk you through preparing and making each meal.
    The shopping list makes your trip to the supermarket quicker and easier!
    These three things will save you loads of time and hassle, and teach you how to make healthy AND tasty meals without spending hours in the kitchen!
  • Body Fat% & Measurement Consultation. On your first session we will measure your body fat by standing on some scales. We do body fat measurements because it’s more accurate and reliable that measuring your weight.
    We also measure you with a tape measure and take some ‘before photographs’.
    This might make you feel a little uncomfortable but thats good! Doing these measurements at the beginning of the programme will really help motivate you :-)
    You will also get your measurements done after the last session so we can monitor your amazing results.
